The Prince George RCMP is investigating a residential shooting that took place early this morning (Tuesday) on the 2700 block of Spruce Street.
Police found one victim in the residence with non life threatening injuries, she was taken to the hospital by emergency health services. Several others were in the room with her, uninjured.
“Investigators were able to identify several suspects and a suspect vehicle from the video surveillance available and within an hour multiple suspects were arrested at a residence on the 100-block of Anderson Street,” Corporal Jennifer Cooper said in a release. “Police officers will remain at that location as the investigation continues.”
Police think the shooting was targeted, and say there should not be any risk to the general public.
