The co-chair of David Eby’s transition team says he’ll take over the premier’s job by the end of November.
Former finance minister Carole James says they’re in the process of selecting a cabinet, and adding details to Eby’s 100-day action plan.
The list includes progress in solving issues facing health care, housing, community safety, and climate change.
