The Hudson’s Bay Company will be opening 21 more Zellers pop-ups by August 11th, including in BC’s Northern Capital.
According to a release from the Hudson’s Bay Company, the Parkwood Place Hudson’s Bay in Prince George will be one of five pop-up locations in BC.
The company uses the pop-up Zellers stores as strategic market tests to determine future store locations.
“Pop-ups are a key ingredient in our expansion strategy, allowing us to explore and test in new markets, gather valuable customer insights, and fine-tune our offering before establishing larger format store locations,” said Sophia Hwang-Judiesch, President of Hudson’s Bay.
Prince George was shut out of the initial relaunch of Zellers earlier this year.
