The Nechako Valley will be represented at the 2018 Winter Games in South Korea.
Jamie Macdonald of Fort St. James has been named to Canada’s 10-member Olympic short-track speed-skating team.
The 23-year-old has been a member of the senior national team since 2015, and will compete in the 500-metre race and in the women’s relay.
The PyeongChang Olympics take place February 9th to 25th.
Macdonald will hit the ice between February 10th and 20th.
