Police have arrested a 37-year-old Prince George man in an on-going drug trafficking investigation following a large seizure.
On Wednesday afternoon, RCMP Street Crew officers pulled over a vehicle on Ospika Boulevard, across from the CN Centre, to discover he possessed various drugs, and a small amount of cash.
Further investigations sent Mounties on search warrants to two separate homes, one in the 1600 block of Harper Drive and one residence on Mullet Crescent, where larger amounts of drugs, cash, and a fully-loaded shotgun were seized as well.
In total, Prince George RCMP have counted …
- 500 grams of meth
- 400 grams of heroin
- 250 grams of ecstasy
- 200 grams of cocaine
RCMP also believe the above list combines for a street value of $200,000.
The suspect has since been released from police custody, but is on a Promise to Appear in court on February 14th, 2018 to face charges.
