UBC dental grad to apply his trade in Vanderhoof

A new dentist is setting up shop in Vanderhoof.

Dr. Nelson Wu will be calling the Nechako Valley home after completing the Doctor of Dental Medicine Program at UBC.

This won’t be Wu’s first trek to the community as he practiced in Vanderhoof between his third and fourth year of dental school via the UBC’s Summer Student Practitioner Program (SSPP).

Wu is accepting patients at Nechako Valley Dental.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickleball, tennis, and golf.
