Nicholas Iatropoulos, who goes by Nick to be friendly, moved to Vanderhoof, B.C., from Montréal, Québec, to cross two items off his bucket list: live in B.C. and host a radio show. Yes, he speaks French. No, it’s not his first language. He also spent some time living in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Yes, the mosquitoes in Manitoba are horrendous, and Saskatchewan is very flat!
Nick has a software engineering degree from Concordia University, and he’s had so many different jobs it’s not even funny. He worked in customer service, was an IT guy, a software developer, a news anchor, a news reporter, and now he hosts the morning show on 95.9 The GOAT.
In his free time, Nick loves watching reruns of the same shows over and over and over again, listening to music, and he likes going on roadtrips to discover the natural beauty of Northern B.C. He also spends a surprising amount of time talking to random people on the street and in stores. He tries to make them laugh, but he doesn’t always succeed…
You can hang out with Nick Weekday Mornings from
6am to 10am on 95.9 The GOAT
