Several Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement staff have been re-deployed following a massive Christmas Eve (Tuesday) blaze that burned down the Red Rock weigh station, south of PG.
According to the Ministry of Transportation, workers will be shifted to mobile patrols at the Prince George North and Vanderhoof weigh scale locations.
RCMP confirm the fire was extinguished by local volunteer fire crews.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
