Residents in the Nechako Lakes area have already begun voting ahead of the provincial election.
According to Elections BC, as of October 11th, Nechako Lakes have had an advance voting turnout of 2,274.
This is out of a total of 17,693 registered voters as of October 7th.
Province-wide, Elections BC said Thursday, October 10th, had the most votes ever on an advanced voting day in a BC election.

In total, 477,095 BC residents have voted between October 10th, and 12th, with advanced voting still available on the 15th, and 16th.
The provincial general voting day is on Saturday, October 19th.
