Vanderhoof RCMP were called early morning on Friday to a fire on Highway 16 in the community.

The Vanderhoof Fire Dept. was at the OK Cafe when police arrived.
The southeast end of the building was on fire but was under control.
Police believe the fire was suspicious, and are asking for anyone with information to step forward.
